Just picked Pallbearer’s album “Sorrow And Extinction”. Another new US doom band. It honestly sounds huge- the vocals are awesome too. This will definitely be somewhere in my top 5-10 albums of 2012!
I would give this thing an A!

“Freak Puke” is out on June 5.  Hell yes for new Melvins, and hell yes for them calling their new album “Freak Puke”!

I loved their sound with 2 drummers, but it looks like they are going back to the 3 piece for this one.  I welcome the change back though.

I just recently heard about this doom band from here in the U.S.  Their new album, “Misery Wizard” came out last week, so I picked it up and haven’t been able to turn it off.  Awesome riffs, and awesome vocals.
